Camas Day, an annual spring celebration hosted by the Friends of Uplands Park with food, live music by the Bald Eagles, native plant walks, prizes, kids activities and incredible informational displays of our communities' work to protect our ecosystems.

On Dec 28, the Bald Eagles will be featured in the 4th of the Musical Mélange concert series at Central Saanich United Church. Their energy and virtuosity in performing Beatles, Eagles and other great hits of that era will surely have you dancing in the aisles and well into the New Year!

All ages fun event to celebrate nature hosted by the Friends of Uplands Park

The Bald Eagles are back for the Terry Fox Run and Hair DO. This annual event is a fundraiser for the Terry Fox Foundation and the Bald Eagles are proud to contribute our music to the event. Whether you are running, having your head shaved or just enjoying the morning we hope to see you there.

Enjoy fun, games and special events for the whole family with Music by a trio from the Bald Eagles Band.

The ever popular Bald Eagles will play all your old favourite dance tunes. Opening time for the fun filled evening will be 6pm for pub fare, dinner and drinks (kitchen closes at 8pm). You can buy tickets for $15 on line.

This evening is jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Oak Bay and the Oak Bay Municipality as a benefit concert to raise funds for accessible playground equipment in Oak Bay. We’ll also be running a 50:50 draw and all donations (including ticket sales) up to the first $1,000 will be matched by a generous anonymous donor.

CAMAS DAY celebrates beautiful Uplands Park in Oak Bay and highlights the many ways that the Friends of Uplands Park support the environmental integrity of the park. This is a great annual, family friendly event. The Bald Eagles, once again, are honoured to be asked to perform.

So come on out and enjoy the sunshine, take part in the CAMAS DAY activities and enjoy our music. It's free!! Who could ask for anything more.

A combination of Gordon Lightfoot tunes by the The Canadian Side and Bob Dylan tunes by members of Two Bobs and a Mule.

The Canadian Side is Kevin Carter on vocals, 12 and 6 string acoustics, Elliot Carter on Lead Guitar, Lewis Carter on Drums, Aron Bird on upright and electric bass, Patrice Palmerino on percussion and backup vocals with guest Marc Jenkins on pedal steel guitar.

Two Bobs and a Mule members performing at this event are Marc Jenkins and Lucky Bud.

We finally get to play a dance for you again at the Oak Bay Recreation Centre. There will be no cover charge for this dance but we will put envelopes on the table so that you can help cover our expenses with all proceeds beyond expenses going to assist victims of the war in the Ukraine.
